It is important to note that the Platform is primarily an analytical tool and is intended solely for informational purposes. Geobuyer's role is to review and analyze promotional content and offers from various third-party retailers. The Platform does not engage in the sale, distribution, or fulfillment of any products or services, nor does it endorse any specific retailers or offers.
In these terms and conditions, we use the term "Geobuyer". Geobuyer is owned by GEOBUYER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, located at Arch. Makariou III 1-7, 3rd Floor, Flat 310, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus, and registered under number HE 464159. NLS group, trgovina in inovacije, d.o.o. serves as the Licensee under agreement and acts as the official representative within the Republic of Slovenia and other European Union countries as agreed with the Licensor.
Geobuyer reserves the right to change the Agreement at any time. By using the Platform, You agree that the latest version of the Agreement always applies. If You don't agree with any changes, You can immediately stop using the services offered by the Geobuyer.
If the User is under 16 years old, they are obliged to provide their real data when creating an account. Geobuyer services are only available to minors if they have received consent from their parents or guardians, i.e., their parents or guardians believe that the minor can perform these actions independently.
We protect Your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
It is imperative that You read, understand and consent to this Agreement before engaging with our Platform to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship. Should You have any questions or concerns regarding this Agreement, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for clarification using the e-mail address specified in section "Contact information" hereof.
Please, stop using the Platform if You do not agree with this Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy.
This User Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") governs the terms of use of the Platform. By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
All terms used in this Agreement have the meaning defined in the "Definitions" section, unless otherwise specified in the text.
Geobuyer operates solely as a platform for the aggregation and dissemination of Promotional Content (as defined below). There is no commercial relationship established between Geobuyer and the Users of the Platform.
The use of the Platform is at the User's own risk and at the User's own will. Users are granted free access to the Platform and its content for the purpose of obtaining informational materials and utilizing its functionalities in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The User acknowledges and accepts that access to the Platform is provided on a voluntary basis and does not require any specific payment for the use of features.
Access to and use of the Platform are contingent upon meeting certain eligibility criteria outlined in this section. By accessing or using the Platform, You affirm that You meet the following eligibility requirements:
Failure to meet any of these eligibility requirements may result in the termination or suspension of Your access to the Platform. We reserve the right to verify Your eligibility at any time and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to requesting additional information or documentation, to ensure compliance with these requirements.
To use all features of the Platform, the User must register and create a User Account. The User Account is only available in the mobile application at https://geobuyer.app/. Currently, there is no functional capability to create a User Account on the website https://geobuyer.si.
Registration can be done using a phone number, email address, or through social media accounts (Google, Apple).
During registration, the User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. In case of data changes, the User must update them in the Account settings.
The User can delete their Account at any time by contacting technical support or using the corresponding function in the Platform.
When an Account is deleted, all the User's personal data will be removed, except for the data we are required to retain under applicable law.
The User Account is created based on the data provided by the User during registration. The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access data to their User account and agrees not to disclose it to third parties. The User is fully responsible for all activities conducted through his / her User Account.
Upon creating a User account, the User gains access to all current Promotional Content made available in the Platform. The Promotional Content provides details on discounts and sales promotions from various stores and retail chains. Registered Users can view Promotional Content, add it to their "Favorites", and obtain more detailed information regarding individual Promotional Content.
The Platform empowers all Users to contribute to the Platform by uploading and sharing Promotional Content. Only registered Users who have created and maintained an active User account may post Promotional Content. Regular Users, including individual consumers and shoppers, are invited to share information, images, and other materials related to discounts and promotional offers they have encountered. Users acknowledge and agree to ensure that any Promotional Content they upload is accurate, lawful, and up-to-date. Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of any content generated by Users. By sharing such content, Users confirm they have the right to distribute the materials and that doing so does not infringe any Third-party rights.
The access and use of Promotional Content, including all related features and functionalities within the Platform, are provided free of charge. No payments, fees, or commissions will be charged to Users for viewing or using the Promotional Content. Users may freely upload, browse and interact with the Promotional Content without any financial obligations. Users understand and agree that their access to and use of Promotional Content does not create any financial or contractual obligations for the Platform, and that the Platform is not liable for any costs or expenses incurred by Users in connection with their engagement with the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right to display any Promotional Content uploaded by Users in order to facilitate better access to promotional offers. The process of uploading Promotional Content to the Platform occurs without prior approval from the Platform, and the Platform assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or timeliness of the uploaded Promotional Content. The Platform may also independently publish Promotional Content if proper licenses or permissions have been granted by the Third parties.
The Platform enables registered Users to interact with one another through features such as commenting on and providing feedback for individual pieces of Promotional Content. Users are encouraged to provide constructive feedback, share their experiences with particular deals, and offer insights that may benefit other Users. Users are solely responsible for the content of their comments and reviews. All comments must be accurate, honest, and relevant to the Promotional Content in question. Users must ensure that their comments do not contain false or misleading information, defamatory language, or violate any laws or Third-party rights.
Users are prohibited from posting any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other protected characteristic.
The Platform reserves the right, but does not undertake any obligation, to moderate, review, and remove any User-generated comments or reviews that violate these terms or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. The Platform may remove content without prior notice to the User if such content is found to breach these guidelines or applicable law, or if credible information indicating a violation is received.
The User agrees not to use the Platform for illegal activities or actions that may harm other Users or disrupt the normal functioning of the Platform.
In case of misuse or violations by the User, the Platform administration reserves the right to block or delete the User's Account without prior notice.
All materials presented in the Platform, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, and software code, are protected by copyright.
We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Users to do the same. You represent You own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content You post or share. If a User posts Promotional Content, the User guarantees that they possess all necessary intellectual property rights to such materials and that their publication does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. The Platform is not responsible for verifying the legality or ownership of the materials submitted by Users. We do not claim ownership of the Third-parties content, but by uploading such Promotional Content, the User grants Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute the Promotional Content within the Platform. This license allows Geobuyer to share the Promotional Content with other Users and provide access to it as part of the Platform's functionality. This license will end when Your content is deleted from the Platform.
Geobuyer acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. The platform does not claim ownership of any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property belonging to other entities or individuals. All rights to Promotional Content, including, but not limited to images, logos, and trademarks that may be available within the Platform, remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. By making such Promotional Content accessible within the Platform, Geobuyer does not acquire any rights to the intellectual property contained therein, except for the limited license granted by the User for the purposes of displaying, distributing, or providing access to the content within the Platform.
While Geobuyer is not obligated to verify the accuracy, authenticity, or legal standing of the Promotional Content at the time of its publication, Geobuyer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, monitor, or investigate the Promotional Content at any time. This includes, but is not limited to checking for any potential violations of intellectual property rights or other legal issues. Geobuyer may, at any time, without prior notice to the User, remove, block, or disable access to any Promotional Content that is suspected to violate Third-party rights or any applicable laws.
If you notice any infringement of your intellectual property rights on the Platform, you may contact Geobuyer at [email protected]. In the event that Geobuyer receives a claim or notice from a third party alleging that their intellectual property rights have been infringed by any Promotional Content posted by a User, Geobuyer will promptly investigate the claim. If such infringement is confirmed, Geobuyer reserves the right to remove or disable access to the infringing content.
Third-party rights holders can submit a written request for the removal of infringing content by providing the following details:
If You believe that Your content has been copied and/or is accessible on the Geobuyer platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that the platform contains links or references to Third-party sites or services that host infringing content, You may notify us by submitting the aforementioned details.
Geobuyer will review such claims in good faith and take necessary actions to remove or disable the infringing content, while maintaining communication with the rights' holder regarding the resolution of the issue.
The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the materials of the Platform is a violation of copyright and may entail liability in accordance with applicable law.
We take all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Modern technologies and security methods are used, including data encryption and regular security audits.
We recognize the importance of protecting your personal data, and that is why we have developed a Privacy Policy that clearly regulates the way we use data.
We collect and process Users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, so please make sure that you read and understand that policy. The User consents to the processing of data when registering in the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geobuyer is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including the loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from: (1) the use or inability to use the Platform; (2) typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in Promotional Content, as well as the timeliness or accuracy of any information contained in the Platform; (3) any Third-party services, content, or transactions accessed or facilitated through the Platform; (4) the conduct, actions, or omissions of Users or other Third-party entities providing Promotional Content through the Platform; (5) the security of operation and content of Third-party websites, links to which may be contained in the Platform; (6) inconsistency of the Platform's functionality with the User's expectations; (7) losses or damage caused by violation of the terms of the Agreement by another User; (8) lack of a proper Internet connection of the User, as a result of which the User has difficulties accessing the Platform.
Geobuyer is a platform that aggregates and displays Promotional Content from various sources, including Third-party retailers and uploaded by Users. While Geobuyer aims to ensure that the content is accurate and up-to-date, it does not assume responsibility for the completeness, legality, or accuracy of Promotional Content provided by third parties, including Users.
Users who upload Promotional Content based on their personal shopping experiences or public information about promotions are equally responsible for ensuring that such content is not false, misleading, or otherwise in violation of any applicable laws. Users must ensure that any shared Promotional Content reflects accurate and current offers. Geobuyer is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by Users in connection with the use of Promotional Content provided by third parties. Users acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the Promotional Content they upload. Users further agree that Geobuyer is not liable for any false or misleading representations made in Promotional Content. Any disputes or claims arising from the Promotional Content, including but not limited to claims of false advertising or infringement of Third-party rights, shall be the sole responsibility of the User who posted the Promotional Content.
By utilizing the Platform, Users acknowledge that Geobuyer shall not be responsible for any financial liabilities or obligations associated with their access to or use of the Promotional Content. Users agree that any decisions or actions taken as a result of viewing or interacting with Promotional Content are made at their own discretion and risk. Geobuyer shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses incurred by Users in connection with their reliance on the Promotional Content or their interactions with Users.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other Users that upload Promotional Content and Third-party retailers, including any transactions or agreements formed as a result of viewing Promotional Content. Geobuyer does not mediate, facilitate, or endorse any such interactions and therefore bears no responsibility for the outcomes of these engagements. Geobuyer also does not control, process, or fulfill transactions between Users and Third-party retailers. All transactions, orders, and interactions arising from the use of the Promotional Content are solely between the User and the relevant Third-party store or User that upload Promotional Content. Geobuyer bears no responsibility for: (1) the accuracy or completeness of any pricing, availability, or product descriptions included in the Promotional Content; (2) the fulfillment, cancellation, or refund of any order placed via the Platform; (3) any disputes or issues arising from transactions initiated through the Platform, including but not limited to product quality, delivery, or warranties; (4) any financial losses, damages, or liability resulting from reliance on Promotional Content or subsequent transactions with Third-party retailers. Users are encouraged to independently verify all product details and terms of sale before proceeding with any purchase.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Geobuyer harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from intellectual property infringement related to their uploaded Promotional Content.
In addition to any provision to this regard herein, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Geobuyer and our affiliates (nor Geobuyer directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, content providers, licensors or resellers) be liable to You and any third party related to You, under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory with respect to the service (i) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Platform or this Agreement (however arising, including negligence), (ii) for Your reliance on the Platform or Promotional Content (iii) for any matter beyond our or their reasonable control, even if we have been advised of the possibility of any of the aforementioned damages.
Geobuyer is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures or any other loss or damage resulting to the transfer of data over communications networks and facilities, including the internet, whereas You acknowledge that the Platform and any data uploaded by You may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of such communications.
Geobuyer does not control the User's compliance with the provisions of the Agreement and is not responsible for the consequences arising from the User's violation of this Agreement or the requirements of applicable law.
Geobuyer is not responsible for criminal, illegal, negligent actions or omissions of third parties related to the use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Geobuyer does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or viruses.
Geobuyer does not act as an agent, broker, or representative for any User or Third-party store or retailer. Geobuyer does not warrant or endorse any goods, services, or Promotional Content made available by Third-party retailers and accepts no liability for the quality, fitness for a particular purpose, legality, or delivery of such goods or services.
Geobuyer explicitly disclaims any endorsement or warranty of the quality, safety, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any goods or services advertised through the Promotional Content available on the Platform. Users should conduct their own research and due diligence before engaging with any other User or Third-party retailer or relying on any Promotional Content.
The Geobuyer shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in the operation of the Site caused directly or indirectly by force majeure circumstances, such as: war or military actions, earthquakes, floods, fires, and other natural disasters, disruptions in power supply or Internet network, hardware and/or software failures, virus attacks, actions of governmental authorities, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
All disputes and disagreements that may arise in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations in compliance with the pre-trial dispute resolution procedure. The pre-trial dispute resolution procedure is mandatory. All claims, suggestions and comments will be considered by Geobuyer in writing and sent to the Geobuyer's e-mail address, namely: [email protected], within 30 (thirty) days from the date of sending the letter by the User.
In case of any violations of applicable law, in particular, violations of legal rules regarding the processing of Users' personal data, ensuring the safety of Users, combating illegal content and content, etc., please notify Geobuyer at the above email address. Geobuyer will consider such notifications and take the necessary measures to resolve them.
In the event of failure to reach an agreement through negotiations, any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation/arbitration in the Republic of Slovenia. If mediation/arbitration is not successful, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia.
The User is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all data provided during registration and while using the Platform.
The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.
The User is obligated to regularly review the Agreement and Privacy Policy independently.
The User agrees not to violate the provisions of the Agreement and to respect the lawful rights and interests of Geobuyer.
The User must provide only truthful and up-to-date information.
The User agrees not to misuse Geobuyer's information, contact details, or any content contained on the Platform for malicious or unlawful purposes.
The User must not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, upload, transmit, sell, or otherwise disseminate or use the Platform's software without authorization.
The User agrees to refrain from any actions that could infringe upon Geobuyer's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and designs.
The User must not create or use bots or automated scripts for illegal or harmful purposes.
The User agrees not to engage in any actions that may constitute abuse of the Platform, including but not limited to the use of harmful software, malicious code, or other technologies that contain malware, spam, or destabilize the Platform.
The User must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with, the proper functioning of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to circumventing security measures, hacking, or disrupting the operation of the Platform.
The User must refrain from any actions that place, or may place, unreasonable or disproportionately large demands on the Platform's infrastructure, as determined by Geobuyer at its sole discretion.
The User must not use automated programs to access Platform information.
The User agrees not to use the Platform for phishing, fraud, or other malicious activities.
The User must not use or attempt to use viruses, computer codes, files, or programs that are designed to disrupt, damage, limit, or interfere with the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunication equipment, or that may cause harm to Geobuyer's systems or those of any third party.
The User must not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code, ideas, or algorithms of any part of the Platform.
The User agrees not to defame, harm the reputation of, or otherwise damage Geobuyer or the Platform (as determined by Geobuyer at its sole discretion).
The User agrees not to use the Platform for uploading, streaming, transmitting, copying, or storing any information, data, or materials, or engaging in any activity that may: (i) infringe intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties; (ii) contain unlawful, harmful, threatening, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable materials; (iii) cause or attempt to cause harm to others; (iv) encourage or incite behavior that is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, violent, tortious, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic; (v) promote fraud, deception, or theft.
The User must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any related system or network, or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
The User must not publish or transmit any information or software containing viruses, "cancelbots," "Trojan horses," "worms," or other harmful or disruptive components, or take any other action that could compromise internet hosting security in any way (including analyzing or compromising the security mechanisms of hosting).
Users may submit reviews, feedback, or other content on the Platform. By submitting such content, the User grants Geobuyer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the content.
Geobuyer reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content submitted by Users that is deemed inappropriate or violates the terms of this Agreement.
The Platform may contain links to Third-party websites or services. Geobuyer does not have or maintain any control over the content or practices of these Third-party resources and is not responsible for their content or operations. By providing access to such Third-party websites or services, Geobuyer does not make any representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the legality, accuracy, quality, or authenticity of the content, information, or services offered by these external entities. Users access and use Third-party websites or services solely at their own risk.
Geobuyer disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for any harm resulting from Your use of external services, and You hereby irrevocably waive any claim against Geobuyer with respect to the content or operation of any external services.
If the Platform integrates with Third-party services, the User agrees to comply with the terms of those Third-party services. External services may have their own terms of use and/or privacy policy, and may have different practices and requirements to those operated by Geobuyer. You are solely responsible for reviewing any terms of use, privacy policy or other terms governing Your use of these external services, which You use at Your own risk. You are advised to make reasonable inquiries and investigations before entering into any transaction, financial or otherwise, and whether online or offline, with any Third Party.
You agree to indemnify and hold Geobuyer from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of (a) Your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference; or (b) or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. You will be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by Your affiliates, agents or subcontractors and will be liable as if it were Your own breach.
Furthermore, You agree to reimburse Geobuyer on demand for any defense costs incurred by Geobuyer and any payments made or loss suffered by Geobuyer whether in a court judgment or settlement, based on any matter covered by this section.
Geobuyer reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us and You agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of Geobuyer. Geobuyer will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
If You are prohibited by law from entering into the indemnification obligation above, then You assume, to the extent permitted by law, all liability for all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees, costs and expert witnesses' fees) that are the stated subject of the indemnification obligation above.
Access to the Platform and its Content provided by Geobuyer are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old, or the applicable age of consent for data processing as per local legislation in the User's jurisdiction, but not lower than 13 years of age. Users below this age are considered minors and must obtain parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform as a minor, Users affirm that they have obtained the necessary consent from their parents or legal guardians. This consent must be verifiable and must comply with the local laws concerning the child's age of digital consent. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for monitoring the online activities of minors who use our the Platform and ensuring their adherence to this Agreement.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising and monitoring the online activities of minors who access or use the Platform. Parents or legal guardians are encouraged to review this Agreement and ensure that minors understand and comply with them while using the Platform. Parents or legal guardians are encouraged to educate minors about safe and responsible use of the internet and to supervise their online activities to ensure compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws.
In cases where You have authorized a minor to use the Platform, You recognize that You are fully responsible for: (a) the online conduct of such minor; (b) controlling the minor's access to and use of the Platform; and (c) the consequences of any misuse by the minor. You acknowledge that some of the areas of the Platform may contain material that is inappropriate for minors. The Geobuyer shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of the Platform by minors.
Geobuyer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
User data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Agreement or as required by law.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and final agreement between the User and Geobuyer regarding the use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Agreement. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it, unless otherwise noted.
Continuing to use the Platform after changes to the agreement means that the User agrees to the updated terms. If You do not agree with any changes to this User agreement, You may stop using our website.
